These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Proxy11 website and proxy list API available at proxy11.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Proxy11 provides fresh public proxy lists through a web dashboard and a token-authenticated API (TXT, JSON, CSV, and XML formats). Public proxies are operated by third parties and are inherently unreliable; Proxy11 does not own, control, or guarantee the availability, speed, anonymity, or safety of any individual proxy.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your API key and password secure. You are responsible for all activity that uses your account or API key. Proxy11 may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of service of any website or service you access through the proxies. You agree not to:
Proxy11 may rate-limit or block requests to protect the stability of the Service.
Free accounts receive a limited number of proxies per request. Paid plans provide larger response sizes. Request rates are limited per IP to keep the Service stable for all users. Abuse of the API, including repeated automated attempts to bypass limits, may result in suspension.
Paid plans are billed upfront through NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. Payment details are handled by NOWPayments; Proxy11 does not store your wallet or card information. Subscription periods are fixed (3-month, 6-month, and yearly). Because access is granted immediately and the underlying product is third-party proxy data, Proxy11 does not guarantee refunds. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact [email protected].
The Service, including all proxy data, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Proxy11 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any proxy will remain functional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxy11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
Proxy11 may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
