This Privacy Policy explains what information Proxy11 ("we") collects through the proxy11.com website and API (the "Service"), how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
Account information: when you register, we collect your first and last name, email address, and a hashed password. We generate an API token linked to your account.
Usage information: we record the number of API requests made with your key and the status of your orders and subscriptions.
Technical information: to operate rate limiting and protect the Service, we log the IP address of incoming requests to public and API endpoints. These logs are kept only as long as needed for this purpose.
We do not store the content of requests you make through the proxies, and we do not control or receive the traffic that passes through third-party proxies.
Paid plans are processed by NOWPayments, a third-party cryptocurrency payment provider. Payment and transaction details are handled by NOWPayments; we do not collect or store your cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys, or card details. We retain a record of the order and its status for accounting and support.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF token to protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
